Dr. Jeffrey P Fish

Dentist

Dr. Fish is a 1981 Crosby-Ironton High School graduate, and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B. A. in Biomedical Science. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School in Minneapolis and is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association and American Dental Association.

In his youth, Dr. Fish was a patient at the dental office that he now owns for over 10 years. He has been practicing general dentistry in Minnesota for over 20 years.

When Dr. Fish is not in the office, he is an avid hunter, fisherman and also likes snowmobiling and golfing. He enjoys time with his wife, two daughters and dog, Turner the Lakeland Terrier.

Heather

Licensed Dental Assistant/Office Manager

Heather is a graduate of Central Lakes College, received her license in 2000 and has been practicing since 2003. Recently she returned to college to further her education with the ultimate aspiration to graduate with her Master's in Oral Hygiene and become a dentist.

Active in Boy Scout Troop #52, Heather is a merit badge counselor. She has been married for 15 years and has three very active children. In her spare time, Heather enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, spelunking and the culinary arts.

Jasmine

Certified Licensed Dental Assistant

Snow and the experience of winter attracted Jasmine and her family to the Brainerd area. She moved to Minnesota four years ago from San Antonio, Texas. With a degree in Dental Assisting from San Antonio College in 2006, Jasmine continued in school and has an AAS degree and completed the Dental Assisting program at Central Lakes College. She is certified by the Minnesota State Board of Dentistry and joined our team in September of 2011.

Jasmine and her three children are active with their church in Brainerd. She is bilingual and loves to share her culture with others. Learning new and exciting Minnesota’s activities is important to Jasmine, and ice fishing is next on her list.

Lonnie

Billing/Administrative Support

Lonnie joined the practice with Medical Billing experience and has a Certificate for Continuing Education in Collection Law. She is happy to welcome new and existing patients with scheduling and billing questions. 

A long-time resident of the Brainerd Lakes area, Lonnie enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, their four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys a variety of crafting activities and is a Nascar fan. In the summer, Lonnie enjoys softball.

Amy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy has been a practicing Licensed Dental Hygienist since 1999, and with our practice since 2008.  “Most people don’t like going to the dentist. I hope I make it a more positive experience,” commented Amy. A native of Detroit Lakes, she has lived in Madison, St. Paul and currently resides in Brainerd. 

She loves cooking and putting a healthy twist on recipes. Amy is currently training for the Granny’s Marathon. She and her husband mentor a young boy through Kinship partners. They also have an adult son and daughter.

Samantha

Registered Dental Hygienist

Samantha graduated with honors from St. Cloud Technical College in 2007, and has been a practicing Licensed Dental Hygienist ever since. She also graduated from Central Lakes College with her Dental Assistant License and Hospitality Certificate in 2005.  Samantha said, “It is such a special part of my life to help patients in need, either to maintain health or achieve a healthier state. I love what I do for my career!”

Samantha lives in Baxter with her husband and two children. She is active in her church, local school and Dental Hygiene Association. She enjoys any outside activity and playing sports. Samantha also has a passion for cooking and baking.
